Pro-Form "Billing Method" Not Rendering

I am attempting to embed pro-forms for subscription payment, but the credit card icons for selection are not appearing. Here is an example:

I believe it is my theme, as when I downgrade to one of the non-premium themes, they appear. How would I go about fixing this? Thank you in advance.

When I remove that style, then the card icons appear in the pro-form.

The height is still not the right one, though, so the icons are not shown fully, but I didn’t find what the style causing it is.

You can use a tool like Firebug to study this more and see if you can find where the problem is. http://getfirebug.com
