Problem Access – User and Password

Hello,

I’m having problems where I use a ready template, which already has a bar which has a window username and password, and after a new account (subscriber), it takes to log into the system, and when the page loads the profile, opens a window inside the “div” user and password. This only happens with new registrations (subscribers). Would anyone explain to me why this is happening?
