Hello Karl,

I’m not sure how to fix this I’m afraid. :/

Did you follow the trouble shooting tips? They might solve the problem. Knowledge Base » Common Troubleshooting Tips

Also, I would make sure that your PayPal integration is correct, cause that might be what’s causing the errors. :)

hI DEAR eDUAN
I think the problem comes with the free register process:

when people becomes members with paypal process directly it seams that all is correct ans paypal send them a register form; but I used tu let a register page for free members and when people register for free and after come to paypal they don’t recieve the register as mebers and I must do it manually (and then they can’t login in members pages and don’t understand!) did you hear about this problem ? thanks

I’m not sure…

So basically you mean, that if users registered for free first, then they can no longer pay through PayPal? Or somehow trying to become a paid member does not work somehow?

If so, then it might be a problem with the buttons you’re using to achieve this. Instead of using a normal button (found under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Buttons -› Membership Level # Buttons) you need to use a modification button if I’m not mistaken (found under Dashboard -› s2Member® -› PayPal® Buttons -› Subscr. Modification Buttons).
