Problems with PayPal Payflow Integration.

I am using s2Member Pro v 120703 to integrate PayFlow in my site. But when I give the credential of PayFlow without PayPal credential then some error occured and said me to put PayPal Account Details(PayPal Credential). I give PayPal Credential without PayFlow Credential it works fine for PayPal Account. But when I use both credential the transaction was failed. I want that members will signup using PayFlow. Now i am using localhost for developing. I do not understand what should i do to successfully Pay with s2Member PayFlow ? Can any one give me the full details to totally integrate the s2Member with PayFlow ? One more question ::: is it necessary to give both (PayPal and PayFlow) credential for PayFlow Transaction using s2Member ? Thanks.

I have the same error, Error #1000. Generic processor error: 11581-Profile description is invalid. Did you find anything to resolve it?
