We have our site set up to accept 4 different payments. 1 month, 7 files, $5 non-recurring I set up buttons for these. I’ll offer the first 0 days @ $0 Here is what is happening though. I end up having 3 notations in PayPal. Sep 1, 2013 – Recurring Payment From – CUSTOMER 1 – Created I then get an email from PayPal (which I’m assuming the customer does as well) Profile Canceled Hello, You successfully canceled the following PayPal Recurring Payment profile. We will no longer bill the buyer. If you did not request this cancellation, contact PayPal Customer Support toll-free at 1-888-221-1161. Profile ID: ### Start Date: Sep 1, 2013 This is happening with every single customer who orders. I tried to change the buttons to Buy Now – non-recurring & no trial but I have open registration closed, so when they come back from PayPal, it restricts them from registering on the site AND keeps their money without refunding it. I have tested the order process out myself. There were no failures, or hiccups with my order but it did the same automatically with my order.
