We have our site set up to accept 4 different payments.

1 month, 7 files, $5 non-recurring
1 month 17 files, $12 non-recurring
1 year 84 files, $48 non-recurring
1 year, 204 files, $116 on-recurring

I set up buttons for these.

I’ll offer the first 0 days @ $0
Then, I want to charge: $5 One Time (for 1 month access, non-recurring)

Here is what is happening though.

I end up having 3 notations in PayPal.

Sep 1, 2013 – Recurring Payment From – CUSTOMER 1 – Created
Sep 1, 2013 – Recurring Payment From – CUSTOMER 1 – Expired
Sep 1, 2013 – Recurring Payment From – CUSTOMER 1 – Completed – $5.00

I then get an email from PayPal (which I’m assuming the customer does as well)

This is happening with every single customer who orders.

I tried to change the buttons to Buy Now – non-recurring & no trial but I have open registration closed, so when they come back from PayPal, it restricts them from registering on the site AND keeps their money without refunding it.

I have tested the order process out myself. There were no failures, or hiccups with my order but it did the same automatically with my order. I received 2 emails for my purchase

Why is it setting up a recurring payment when I specifically state that it is NOT a recurring payment?
