Hello,

I have implemented my website with all pages as level “0” for now except for the home page.
This has been working great, with all other pages on the menu diverting to the “Membership Options Page” until they login or join.

But now, all the pages are coming up for non-members. I can not figure out why it worked well and now it is not working at all.

Website: http://BahamasSavingsClub.com

The only pages not protected with at least Level “0” are the contact us and about us pages. As you can see, everything is suddenly available.

Thank you for your assistance

Hello Wanda,

That seems like very strange behavior. Did you update s2Member recently? And if so, did you also upgrade the pro version?

Thanks Eduan,
I do have the Pro version (Version 121023 + s2Member Pro v121023 ). The only changes I have made recently was implementing Aweber API and Paypal ProForms.

I have temporarily implemented a new menu with pages that are for non-members only, but that is just a temporary fix.

Here are a few of the pages that you should not be able to see as a non-member, but are coming up anyway…

http://bahamassavingsclub.com/about-us/
http://bahamassavingsclub.com/partners/
http://bahamassavingsclub.com/shipping-options/
http://bahamassavingsclub.com/contractors/

Pretty much every page is the same way.

Thanks
Wanda G.

Hmm, could you make sure that you have a membership options page. Also, please follow all these common trouble shooting tips: Knowledge Base » Common Troubleshooting Tips

As Eduán said, please verify that you have a Membership Options Page and follow the troubleshooting tips, please.

When you edit those pages, does the s2Member box show them as restricted at Level 0?

Also make sure you have the Deactivation Safeguards enabled. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› General Options -› Deactivation Safeguards[/hilite]

Thank you for the suggestions. I have gone through all of the plugins and no change there, so they are all good. I am working on the other tips now.
