Quick Cache plugin settings panel invisible

Hi everyone! I’m having this problem: Quick Cache plugin is activated in every blog of a wp mu network but it never appears as an active plugin and i can never set its settings no matter the plugins button shows on the top at the right next to Howdy Admin I first posted here but no solution has been found so far. Could anyone please tell me what to do so settings show?
