Hi,

Is the case so, that if a user gets demoted (to level 0 from level 1, 2 or 3) the record of the user’s previous level is not saved in any way? So if a user of previous level 3 gets demoted on EOT, when user decides to upgrade user ends up in level 1 instead of, like before, level 3?

Is my question understandable? We use s2member with Paypal and users gets demoted on EOT if not renewing their subscription (paypal pro forms) in time.

Is it possible to use ccaps to store users access level and then reinstate that level upon a renewal? What would you recommend?
