Hi, Our Level 1 members phone us to cancel their automatic recurring billing membership through Authorize. What is the best way to stop our members being charged on an ongoing basis? Currently we are cancelling their ARB subscription through Authorize back end. But is there a way within S2 Members where we can cancel a membership and be confident that the customer won’t keep being billed by Authorize? Thanks, Phil |
