Redirect after registration

Couldn’t find this on any forum. Thank you in advance for your help!

Am new to s2member.
Our site (under development) has three levels of free membership (subscriber, level-1, level2). Using Pro version to support multilevel free membership levels which filters access to site content. Site will include bbpress.
Using PayPal Pro / Free Registration form embedded in Membership Options page. This works because only one level, the lowest, will have open registration. Remaining two membership levels will be assigned by administrator.
When the registration form is completed and “submit form” hit, site sits for a long time then refreshes page.
Checking the user accounts, the registration completes but no email sent to new user or to admin and no redirect.
Where can I find info on how to make the email and redirect work?

Thanks for reporting this important issue.

I’ve just tested this feature in a test installation of WordPress and can confirm that this is working correctly under normal circumstances.

Could you please paste the shortcode that you are using?

Also, can you please try reverting back to the default WordPress theme, and deactivating all plugins but s2Member to see if that causes the issue to go away?
