Hi

I am using free version of s2members membership plugin version 111105.

I need to import a excel file containing data. For that I am creating a PHP script to read the excel file and using insert query I am inserting data. In this way I am able to enter all data except password. Since passwords are stored as encrypted please advise which method is used here to encrypt passwords.

So that I will also use the same method to create password and will insert the same.

The registration itself, including password encryption, is done by WordPress. You can see the WP code to see what it does and duplicate it in your script.
