Registratiion Form Fields and Mailchimp

I am using S2Member (free version) and am planning to upgrade to the PRO version if everything works smoothly. I configured S@Member to work with Mailchimp. I would like most of my registration form fields to automatically be updated in my MailChimp list. I can only get the email address and last name into Mailchimp. In my Mailchimp list, I delete additional fields The only fields now in my list are Email, Last Name and First Name. I want to get this working first before I add the other fields. Email and Last Name map ok. The next step is to get First Name into Mailchimp. What do my Mailchimp fields need to be named? If the naming of the fields the problem?
