HI

I have had 2 customers now who have not received their registration e-mail not do they receive the password reset when trying to use the link.

There has been no issue for all previous customers. The Mailchimp mail is being received without a problem.

Those are emails sent by WordPress, not s2Member. Maybe something you added/changed/updated recently has caused the WordPress emails to fail.

I have not made any changes or updates.

Would installing the SMTP plugin help?

Maybe. I’d really try the tips in the troubleshooting tips article first. Then, if those don’t help, I’d try the email delivery troubleshooting suggestions.
