I see. But how did you expect them to look like? Options in one column and checkboxes in another? Option and then checkbox and then next option and next checkbox etc.? – Eduan

Thanks for the heads up on this thread :-) That looks like it’s inside a Pro Form. Perhaps CSS styles in your WordPress® theme are overriding s2Member’s default structural styling. Please post a link to this registration form where we can inspect your CSS. Perhaps we can offer a suggestion or snippet that you can use to correct this.
