Registration & Login Redirect (S2M & BuddyP)

Installed S2M onto my WP/BP install and had lots of errors. I’m new to WP so I opted out and decided to uninstall S2M until I am more familiar and can sort through the errors. In the meantime, my new users are no longer able to register but are instead redirected to the login screen. The register link is http://wisdomsistercircles.com/family/register/. The auto redirect is sending them to http://wisdomsistercircles.com/family/wp-login.php?redirect_to=/family/register/ instead. I am planning to launch/release the site on Monday and cannot do so until I can register users. Please help asap. I have marketed the launch and really need this resolved. Also, I deleted the 2 S2M folders that were remaining in the plugin folder and I cheched the htaccess file in case there were redirect instructions…still no love. Please help asap.
