Registration Page Broken

The sign-up page on my site isn’t working. http://www.rentthefarm.com/sign-up

The sign-up/registration form is simply showing up as a bunch of code. Any clue what this issue could be?

Hello Dean,

It seems both problems are caused by your current theme. Could you try changing your theme momentarily to the default WordPress theme (Twenty Eleven)?

The reasons I suspect your theme is because the shortcode for the button/pro-form is not being interpreted as a shortcode, but rather as text, that leads me to believe that your current theme modifies WordPress’ behavior in that regard.

And second, that error you posted leads to your theme, so either the theme is not coded correctly there, or s2Member pro is not installed correctly.
