Registration page showing duplicate fields

I saw that someone else had a similar problem in another post (same title).

I currently have duplicate fields on my registration form (first and last name, like the last client). I can’t post a link to the registration form as my client has requested that I not share it.

Is this a glitch? Is it repeating fields already on my WordPress registration page? I tried to find where I may have added them twice, and I am at a loss…
