Hi All,

I’ve been trying to find the answer to this question- I use s2member with paypal. I have imported subscribers, who have level 1 access, the subscriptions are ending in a month’s time. No paypal subscr id or further info have been imported.

What do they do to renew their subscription- I have tried logging into a tester account and click on subscribe but it treats me as a new subscriber…
