Replacement Codes Not Working for Widget PHP

I am attempting to get the s2member_pro_login_widget() function to process replacement codes on an SSL sign-in page using PHP. I need the login_redirect to go to the welcome page using replacement code %%current_user_level%%. When I use the widget everything works, but when I pass the $option(s) to the function, the replacement code does not get processed (same results for %%automatic%%). The function returns the redirect url with the unprocessed replacement code (http://www.mysite.com/%%current_user_level/welcome/). I have tried to make it work on the sign-in page template, as well as by creating a shortcode in my function.php. Same results in both cases. When I switched back to using the widget, it worked. Any thoughts on why the replacement code is not working? Suggestions for troubleshooting?

Could you post the code you’re using? Please put it inside HTML [hilite mono]<[/hilite][hilite mono]code><[/hilite][hilite mono]/code>[/hilite] tags.
