We purchased s2member pro a few days ago, under a single site license.

At this point, we’d like to get the unlimited license, without having to pay the full price since I already paid for a single license.

Is it possible to simply upgrade my account after paying the balance?

If that’s not an option, I’d like to request a refund for the single license purchase, in full, so I can turn around and revest those monies in the unlimited license.

Hello Anthony,

You can upgrade your s2Member account, only paying the difference. Go under the My Account page and look for an upgrade button there.
