required fields in registration not working

I read many of you previous posts, i tried checked many things but i continue with my issue. i have this form that works perfectly http://dev.activibox.com/suscripcion-registro/ i had to create another registration form: http://dev.activibox.com/suscripcion-registro-flotante/ What i did was just copy and paste the code what works in the other one, but nothing happen. but in the second one, only post validations are done and the custom fields are not checked , neither JS neither PHP what i can do.

Hi Cristián Thank you for your answer… i checked the steps… when I changed the theme it works… I found one hack function, in my current theme, that removes the javascripts calls where the pro-forms are not used.
