I purchased s2Member pro version and after that I added four fields to my registration form, and made them required, however people are able to register without filling them out and in the front end it is showing an asterisk mark which shows that this field is necessary/required to register but still people are able to register without filling them out and I am not getting the required information for the approving or denying in the backend.

I also followed the post on http://www.s2member.com/forums/topic/required-fields-not-working/ and followed the procedure posted by Jason(Lead Developer) to do that but still it didn’t resolved my issue so let me know the solution since I need to fix it as soon as possible because it’s causing me many issues.

The requirement is checked with JavaScript on the client’s side, so if there’s anything causing the s2Member JS to not work correctly, required fields would not be enforced.
