Resetting member downloads

Hi,

I had some issues with member-downloaded PDFs being unreadable because I neglected to sort out my server file flushing. That’s taken care of now, but my charter members (understandably) want their number of downloads reset. I found another thread about how to do this via php, but I’m a bit of a scripting rookie and was wondering where that code snippet actually needs to go.

Any info would be very much appreciated,

This post seemed to address my problem but I wasn’t sure how to implement the fix (and the topic was closed). Thanks for help/patience with a neophyte. :)

ah, ok.

This is just a php function. You would have to know and pass the user_id variable to that function in order for it to work.
It’s not just something you plug in somewhere.
I’ll see if I can put something together later that might make it easier.
Are you wanting to re-set everyone or just certain people?
