Is it possible for members to view only posts with their user name?
What I am attempting is an online journal for each member. I would use Contact Form 7 and Form to Post.
This way members can post through the form.
Is this something I can do in the API ?

Hello Jimmy,

I’m afraid this is not something you can achieve with s2Member.

WordPress itself is not suited for this purpose.

I suggest you look into hiring a developer to develop something like this for you.
