Restricted content within post/page

Hi guys, We currently have 3 levels of membership (1 free & 2 paid) There are certain pages that we would like all members to see however on these pages there is a portion of content that is to be restricted from the free members. For example: —————- ‘Here is the content that everyone can see on the page’ ‘Here is the additional content that only paid members can see on this page, ie: level 1 members and upwards’ —————- I am trying to work out which way we will achieve this and can only see that this can be done using custom capabilities. Can you please inform me if there is another way this can be achieved. Thanks again for the great support.
