Hi-
Can anyone help.
I’m using the free version of SMember.
Have used restriction options but the whole site seems to be available to anyone. Don’t know how to solve this?
Site is howtodrawstepbystep.net/howtodraw if someone could take a look/
Thanks
Paul

Hello Paul,

Could you please take a screenshot of your restriction options? And give us a couple of URLs of the pages you want to protect? Thanks. :)

OK, check out take-a-screenshot.org on simple instructions on taking a screenshot. ;)

So am I right in guessing that you are using URI restrictions? Could you take a screenshot (or paste them here) of what you’re inputting there, thanks. :)

Hi-
Haven’t used URL restriction, just Category and Post as below. I’ve used numbers for Posts and all for Categories- both at level 2.

Category Restriction:
Categories That Require Level #0 Or Higher:

Category IDs in comma-delimited format. Example: 1,2,3,34,8,21 — or you can type: all.
Categories That Require Level #1 Or Higher:

Category IDs in comma-delimited format. Example: 1,2,3,34,8,21 — or you can type: all.
Categories That Require Level #2 Or Higher:
all
Category IDs in comma-delimited format. Example: 1,2,3,34,8,21 — or you can type: all.
Categories That Require Level #3 Or Higher:

Category IDs in comma-delimited format. Example: 1,2,3,34,8,21 — or you can type: all.
Categories That Require Highest Level #4:

which protects several Post IDs, and all Posts of type: newspaper )
Posts That Require Level #2 Or Higher:
83,215,217,161

Post IDs in comma-delimited format. Example: 1,2,3,34,8,21 — or you can type: all.
You can also include all Post IDs of a specific Post Type. Ex: 1,2,3,34,all-newspapers.
( which protects several Post IDs, and all Posts of type: newspaper )
Posts That Require Level #3 Or Higher:

Category IDs in comma-delimited format. Example: 1,2,3,34,8,21 — or you can type
