S2 login breaks site

When I enable the S2 free plugin (Version: 120703) I cannot login to the wordpress Admin panel. All login attempts for wp-admin OR login.php get redirected to the S2 login. Nothing fancy done with the site. No modification of the basic 3.4 version of WordPress. Since everyone else seems to have it working What the Heck is going on? When this happens I have to get into the web site and remove the plugin directory and then reenable it. Otherwise I cannot get to the wordpress Admin panel.

Help!!!!! What is going on? I can’t access my site. I enabled the S2 free plugin and have done nothing with it yet. No modification of the basic current version of WordPress. What is going on? Help me please !
