We purchase s2member pro plugins. but it is not working. when i install the plugins show this message

“Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

Plugin install failed.”.

Please help us.

Thank you for reporting this important issue.

s2Member Pro (not including the s2Member Framework / Free version) cannot be installed via the plugins panel. You need to upload the plugin via FTP.
