s2 Pro v120703 Error #36. Transaction failed

Hello, A member reported this error when they tried to pay and join: “Error #36. Transaction failed: Fail to obtain approval for the online transaction.” This issue was resolved with http://www.s2member.com/forums/topic/transactions-not-going-through/ …which said, “The issues discussed in this thread, were corrected in the release of s2Member Pro v120608.” Our s2Member plugin says it’s, “Version 120703 + s2Member Pro v120703.” How can we fix this error? Hi Christopher. Are you using PayPal Pro (PayFlow Edition)? Could you send your login info so I take a look at your log files? s2Member® » Private Contact Form If you don’t have logging enabled, please enable it and send the info when you get another transaction with that error, please, so we can look at the log entries for it.
