We recently updated to the latest version of wordpress, your framework and pro. Our users no longer see a registration page. But, your shortcode:

[s2Member-Pro-PayPal-Form level="2" ccaps="" desc="StartupChicks Annual Membership $129 USD ( for 1 year access, recurring )" ps="paypal" lc="" cc="USD" dg="0" ns="1" custom="startupchicks.org" ta="0" tp="0" tt="D" ra="129" rp="1" rt="Y" rr="BN" rrt="" rra="2" accept="paypal" accept_via_paypal="paypal" coupon="" accept_coupons="1" default_country_code="" captcha="0" success="/thank-you/" /]

On our http://startupchicks.org/register-member/ page.

I have tried a re-install of both the framework & PRO. Still the same issue.

This is UNACCEPTABLE.

Jennifer

Hi Jennifer. Thanks for reporting this important issue.

That Shortcode being visible on-site (i.e. not being parsed by s2Member), would indicate to me that s2Member Pro was not re-installed, or is no longer active. Please follow the instructions listed on this page for upgrading s2Member Pro: s2Member® » Pro » Install/Upgrade Instructions

Please remember that you should NOT have two nested /s2member-pro/s2member-pro/ sub-directories. This may result in the s2Member Pro module not being picked up by your installation. The detailed instructions for upgrading s2Member Pro will walk you through this.

Please let us know if you continue to have trouble :-)

Hi Jennifer.

Like Jason said, it may be that your s2Member Pro wasn’t installed properly. When you look for it in the admin area, do you see it listed? Check if you have this in the navigation: [hilite path]WP Admin -> s2Member -> s2Member Pro Info[/hilite]. If it’s not there, then you should do a re-installation, making sure that it’s done well.

If you do have it installed, then the problem may be with the shortcode parsing itself, which may be caused by another plugin or the theme you’re using. To find which, you can do the following tests:

– Change your theme to the default TwentyEleven one and load the page again, see if the shortcode is still there or the pro-form.

– Deactivate other plugins one by one and check after each if the pro-form is there, once it works you’ll know that the plugin you deactivated last, was the one causing the problem.

I hope that helps. :)
