S2member installed after Members plugin

Hello! A client of mine has been using Members plugin but finally decided to install s2member three weeks ago. Now it is kinda messy, as there are Subscibers and Paid members left from the first plugin (like 6000 users) and 4 levels from s2member plugin (like 30 users). Since the registration, even when the paid membership expires, the users not only don’t change their role, but continue having access to the restricted page.

When I enable the Content Permission feature from Members plugin, it shows as a default option that only Paid members can view the content and I cannot add neither of the 4 levels to that option. I tick them and on saving it goes back just to Paid members.

If I disable it, everybody can freely access whatever they want. I would be really grateful if you could give me a hand with this issue as it is really messy.
