Greetings, I recently moved my site from host to another (same domain). Everything is working with s2member except I am not receiving the email notifications setup in General Options > Email Configuration. The one called “New User Email Message” and “Administrative: New User Notification” are not being triggered when a user signs up.

I am, however, receiving the signup confirmation generated via my Mailchimp account hooked up to s2member. And I am also receiving the notifications from PayPal when a user upgrades.

I have confirmed that the email accounts that are supposed to receive the notifications are functioning properly.

Any idea how I can troubleshoot and fix this issue?

UPDATE: It seems my new host was not setup to send emails from the domain (unbeknownst to be). s2member uses wordpress to send notifications, which uses your domain, which requires properly configured SMTP channels. Mailchimp and Paypal are sending their emails from their servers, that’s why they were working.

If you have this problem, check with your host first.
