Hello there, I’m experiencing a big problem with my Pro plugin. I decide to install a new theme (themeforest) in order to improve my website and my content. As results my s2member plugin disappear from my back-end and all my protected files, content, buttons, simply disappears. Then I tried to reset everything like it was before installation but anything changes. Please, do you have an idea how to fix this problem?

Thank you for reporting this important issue.

Does s2Member show up in your Plugins list?

Are the s2Member files still in your plugins directory when you check via FTP?

Hello there,
Unfortunately, the plugin isn’t listed on plugins list.

I went through each directory via FTP and the related files are still there.

Hello there,
I would like to publish an update about my problem.

In order to let my pro plugin work again, I did many test and finally I found a potential solution…

1. I asked my hosting to reset my website from a backup (when the plugin was working properly)
2. I deactivate the most important plugin (including s2member)
3. I installed the new theme purchased from themeforest
4. I activate again every plugin
5. I had to delete and re-install the following plugins ( exec-php, raw html)

At this stage it seems to be fine but I’m still fixing and rewriting some code into the new template
