I purchased S2Member Pro last Sept. and was quite happy with it until it suddenly disappeared and reverted to the free version. Now I can’t export my member data to the spreadsheets I need. Has this happened to anyone else? How do I fix it since there is no one to contact? I refuse to pay twice for something I already paid for, so if I can’t get it back I will be forced to switch programs which I hate to do. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Kerry. No, you don’t have to pay for it again. It’s likely that the s2Member Pro update didn’t succeed, but the framework did. If their versions don’t match, then the Pro add-on won’t be enabled.

Just connect to your FTP and make sure you have the s2member-pro directory properly uploaded to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory. See: s2Member® » Pro » Install/Upgrade Instructions
