I’m using the Avada theme with s2Member Pro and appears to be seeing a problem with the s2Member Pro (Login Widget). The login form will accept the input but once you click on Login it freezes up the page. I’ve tried disabling all 5-6 plugins that I’m using but this did not fix this problem. I was able to confirm after I switched the theme to the default wordpress theme. Any idea why or how to fix this? I also tried the other login plugin but still the same thing. I’m only able to login if I go directly to the wp-login page.

Also want to add that login in with the responsive version (mobile) works fine. :(

Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks,
Geoffrey

Thank you for reporting this important issue.

Could you post a link to the place this is happening? I’ve never heard of this happening before.

I think I may have found the cause of the issue. It may be related to the fingerprint reader I use to login. Site works fine on other PCs.

It will be great if you can validate though :)
https://www.rayoseducation.com use the login box from the footer (user/pw – london/123456)

Please let me know when you’re able to test so I can delete the test account :)

Thanks
