Hello,
When I attempted to update our s2member it required a username and password which we don’t have. We had someone build our website and they set up s2member but didn’t give us login info. And now they said to contact s2member. What should I do? Thanks for the help!

Hello John,

The simplest solution for this is to buy a new license here: s2Member® » Prices/Licensing

If you don’t buy the license, then you can’t really use the pro version.

I guess your developer shared his with you, but you should really have your own license and then you’ll be able to update s2Member Pro. s2Member® » Prices/Licensing
