s2member pro stopped working

I had s2memver pro up and working fir wewks – with paypal pro and coupons – 100% no issues
now the coupon page is just showing code (see below) and I get the upgrade to s2member pro (display ad) which tells me pro is not working and yes its installed – like I said this has 100% worked for many weeks – in my wp admin
Like I said this was 100% working i made ZERO changes to anything – any suggestions?
