S2Member seems to have become disconnected to our WordPress site. I can view the members database, but none of the S2Member functions are there, nor can I see it any longer in our WP dashboard. I’m assuming I need to reinstall S2Member Pro. Can I get help with this? My purchase is rejected – error 10554.

OK, I was able to get S2Member reiactivated. Still checking to see if there are any remaining unresolved issues. Certainly would like to know how it got deactivated. Have you any experience with this happening due to any sort of malware hack, for example? I also still need some support making the purchase of S2Member Pro – Error code 10554.

Hello Jack,

I’m afraid I’m not sure what could cause for s2Member to “deactive” itself.

Have you made sure s2Member is installed correctly and active as a plugin?

I’m assuming I need to reinstall S2Member Pro.

Also how do you have installed the pro version if you don’t have a paid account? Perhaps this is causing the issue?
