Hi there, I have recently launched a professional network website called the High Growth Coach Network (http://www.highgrowthcoach.org) which is driven through S2Member Pro. Since the launch we have had a number of members comment that the site has been very slow when using Mac’s on both Chrome and Safari (See below): “Using my iMac this I tried to access the site using Chrome, I gave up after 5 mins of no activity. I tried another site on Chrome and got instant access. I then tried Safari and it took over a minute to access successfully.” I isolated the problem by turning off each plugin one-by-one until I recognised that it was the S2Member plugin creating this issue. This is obviously very important to resolve as the website’s success depends on the site being quickly and easy to load so Members re confident in the Network to upgrade. I would appreciate any help regarding this and would love to find a resolution. Regards, James Dillon |
