S2member with clickbank…not sending email

Hi, I have spent the last 3 hours scouring through this forum and found MANY references to this problem. I have tried everything I have seen and still cannot get this to work. I am getting the Clickbank transaction OK, redirected to the correct page etc… The user never gets an email confirmation…I’ve enabled logging, they all look fine (no errors!) Any thoughts? I can provide access to my site… KR

Hi, I tried everything yesterday with no luck, but this morning it magically started working (although mail is always going to SPAM…I will address this issues). Thanks for the reply… Kevin

although mail is always going to SPAM I’d suggest customizing your Signup Confirmation email so it’s unique to your site. Rewrite it in your own words, save and try again, please. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› ClickBank® Options -› Signup Confirmation Email[/hilite] I hope that helps. :)
