Hello…
I purchased S2Member Pro to control access to a Training Site set-up for my employees.

How can I configure S2Member for access to levels 1 & 2 without requiring my employees to make a purchase?

For my application…accessing the training does not require a purchase… however I am trying to set up each Training Module using the WooThemes – “SENSEI” plugin by simply using password protected pages…depending on whether they are general staff or Managers.
I am only using pages …not posts for this site.
The links to these pages are restricted …for level 1 (for general staff) and level 2 ( for Managers). Unless I set every page to Level 0… the links seem re-direct back to the “Membership Options Page”…. since your plugin does not recognize A “PURCHASE” has taken place..
I suspect that S2Memeber is trying to require payment to access those pages.

So Again…How can I configure S2Member for access to levels 1 & 2 without requiring my employees to make a purchase?

If you protected the content at Level 1, then General Staff users should be given the s2Member Level 1 role for them to access those pages. Same for Level 2 Managers.

You can edit each user individually from their profile pages, or change their role in bulk from the Users list.

Yes… I realize that you designed it that way and that is the way it is set-up…but without a purchase button in place.
since your program is primarily designed for paid memberships…. this may be an issue. If your plugin cannot function without my need of manually editing each employees status… I will need to request a refund and find a more simple solution.

There doesn’t need to be a purchase, you can assign the level manually if you want, or use a free registration pro-form for the level you want to give them, or have a script change their level… It doesn’t have to be paid for the user to have a higher level.

I’m not sure I understand what the problem you’re having is. Could you explain some more, please?
