I posted this over 24-hours ago, but still no answer: this is over a week I’ve been trying to get an response from you! Hello, First, I am a fully paid-up member of S2Member. Second, my own members have been receiving 503 errors when trying to login to my membership site. I then tried to login to the S2members area (this website), and I myself receive the same 503 error that my customers are receiving. This happens every time I try and login – of course, the error message says ‘Please contact Support’. Which is, what I’m trying to do; but, I can’t do that as I have to login. There is no other obvious means of contacting you on this website. I’ve ‘liked’ your Facebook page, in order to send a message to you (three days ago) – no repsonse. This morning I’ve been looking at sending a fax to you. Then it finally occurred to me that I might be able to register under someone different and login as a free member. Here I am. It would also be very much appreciated if you could attend to this pretty quickly. |
