Hi,

I’m building a new site to deliver a service to a customer via the web.

The Security Badge check returns a value ‘1’, but the image shows not verified.

I have gone through all the steps in order to verify the badge: logs cleared and logging disabled, brute force and IP restriction in place, Badge API enabled ‘yes’, 60+ char security keys used in S2Member and the wp-config file in all the required categories, DB name and password assigned values that are not the same.

Any help would be really appreciated as I am kind of out of ideas (I’m not a coder, just have an amateur level of understanding).

Also, if it helps, I can confirm Curl and openSSL are both enabled.

Any ideas or support would be soooooo welcome :)

Thanks

Thank you for your inquiry.

And thank you for your patience over the weekend.

The Security Badge can take up to 24 hours to register your site as verified after you have everything set up, as s2Member will only allow a connection from your site every 24 hours. If you’ve got everything set up, reviewing this Knowledge Base article, and you still can’t get your Badge to work correctly, let me know and we’ll take a look:
