Hi, I recently purchased s2member Pro to integrate with PayPal Pro. After installing all the API credentials I am getting a “Security header is not valid”. Can you help me with this thank you?

Hi Joe.

Could you please enable logging, try a new transaction and then quote here all the log entries related to that test? Please x-out any private info (e.g. email address).

Thanks!

Hello Joe, thanks for the follow-up.

You will find the log entries under WordPress Directory -> wp-content -> plugins -> s2member-logs. You have to access these files through FTP in order to find them.

Hope this helps. :)

deny from all

Joe, using an FTP client like FileZilla, go to the directory [hilite mono]/wp-content/plugins/s2member-logs/[/hilite] and you’ll find the log files there. Open them all and copy the entries related to the transaction that gave you the error, paste those entries here and x-out any email address, please.

Thanks. :)

I did, and the only file that was in the folder was and htaccess doc. I opened it and it had “deny from all” inside.

I see. And you have logging enabled here?

I don’t see an s2Member button there. That’s a store page with a button to add to a cart. You seem to be using a shopping cart plugin, I don’t see s2Member there.

Could you show me where the s2Member button is? Thanks :)
