Security plugin that plays nice with S2 Membe

I recently had to deactivate Better WP Security because it was not playing nice with S2M – is there something that needs to be configured to get these two plugins to play nicely together or is there another security plugin that works well?

I really don’t want the security plugin deactivated longterm – the site has had hack attempts in the past so I need to lock it down.

Basically if I have Better WP Security activated when the client gets the email to go to the create user profile screen they just can’t get past that – no error or anything is displayed, they just keep hitting the submit button and it goes nowhere. Deactivate the security plugin and it works perfectly.

Please, please, please help!

I see the paid customers are having the same issues – I’m glad we are just testing S2M for free and have not paid yet. It’s a great product, but with the huge security holes in WP we need to run some type of security plugin that can work with a membership plugin. Please advise… we love this product but cannot leave our site open to hacks.

I just thought I’d let everyone know I’m now using BPS security. As far as I can tell, there don’t seem to be any compatibility issues. I don’t know how good the plugin is.. I guess time will tell..

WARNING: Bulletproof security (BPS) is not compatible with wordpress 3.5.. Ugh..

A plugin update should’ve solved the issue, but for me it didn’t. It has something to do with my theme, I think.
Anyway.. thought I’d give you all a heads up :)
