Selling access on per author basis

We have a client site where they have multiple content authors. They want to let users buy access to content written by specific authors. There are about 10 different authors and users could buy access to 1, 2, 3 or all 10 of the authors. Once they buy, then they can see the pages/posts created by that author.

Is this possible with your system? The add to cart and checkout should be simple – like checkboxes to choose which authors they want to have access to, one single payment. Ability to remove or add authors and have that change the monthly subscription.
