Hi,

I can’t find anywhere how I can send a test (or generate an actual one manually) email Payment Notification without going through PayPal purchase process. Is it possible?

Hello Max,

No this is not possible, although you can generate 1 cent buttons, which work the same but you only pay 1 cent. ;)
