Short Code help

My site is http://www.lifesystemorganizer.com. Here’s what I need and can’t figure out.

My membership restricts the number of downloads and videos a member can access. Higher levels have more access.

I want to be able to set it up so the content in a post shows to everyone but I want to include a link to a download or video that will only display to members if they still have access based on their level (i.e. they haven’t maxed out their use for the month). If they click on the link and they are not a current member, it should bump them to the membership page with a note that they must join to access that content. If they are a member but have exceeded their access, it should bump them to upgrade.

As an example, http://lifesystemorganizer.com/quiz-how-happy-are-you/ should display to everyone but the link to download the quiz should only work if the member has access. Otherwise it should redirect.

Ok, I think I have this figured out. Need to do a little more testing.
