Join with CCbill + approval url with the email check notifaction = No mail goimg out + no log found

-name at recipients are removed
-same from mail like wp mail plugin
-not in the spam
-used Outlook and gmail

what could i try else?

You may be having a problem before it gets to the email. Make sure you have logging enabled and run a live 1 cent test transaction to get it logged. [hilite path]Dashboard -› s2Member® -› Log Files (Debug) -› Logging Configuration[/hilite]

What does the log say? Any problems?
