I know that this has been raised before about the signup email ending up in the subscriber’s spam folder but, from what I’ve read, the answer always seem to be: change the content of the email. Well, I have done that. This is how the email I send after registering reads: “Thanks Bob! You’re almost finished. But, before you can access the members’ area you need to register a username and define a password. So, please complete your registration here: If you have any issues with registering please click on the ‘Contact’ menu option and select the ‘Billing’ option. When you do send an email, please provide us with as much information as possible so that we can quickly resolve your issue and get you registered. Let us know your PayPal details (email and account name, date of payment etc.) And, also let us know the best email to contact you. Once again, thank you for joining our membership site and hope that, by being a member, you are able to grow your list quickly, safely and profitably. See you on the inside, I think that this has been changed quite a bit from the ‘generic’ email but it’s still ending up in the spam folder. I’ve tested it using 2 different PayPal accounts, both of which use gmail. The Sender is: “The Solo Academy ” Is there anything else I can do to help get my email through the spam filters? I can’t really launch my site until I get this resolved. Thanks and really appreciate any help offered. Robert |
